Meet TRICEP and ANFF Materials Communications and Media Coordinator, Sam Findlay.
What is your role at TRICEP?
As the Communications and Media Coordinator of both TRICEP and the ANFF Materials Node, I oversee, run and create content for the various platforms we use to communicate our work. These include each of our websites and social media. My role also involves a number of other tasks and is rather widespread, with other projects such as the ACES Podcast.
What is your area of expertise and what kind of experience do you have in this area?
As suggested by my job title, my area of expertise lies in communications as well as digital media. I've been working in this space for several years now, with further experience as a writer and journalist.
What are some of the projects and collaborations you are currently working on?
I've already mentioned the ACES Podcast, which was launched in 2020. This project has been ongoing since. But others include setting up and managing websites for the ARC Centre of Excellence for Electromaterials Science (ACES), the Intelligent Polymer Research Institute (IPRI), TRICEP and ANFF Materials.
